Valentine's Day food art with strawberries cheese and turkey cut into hearts

It's time for some Valentine's Day food fun with the kids! Here's a festive lunch or snack idea! Break out the cookie cutters and plastic knives to make hearts with meats, cheeses, fruits and veggies.

For extra fun, make up a batch of this pink popcorn to celebrate the holiday. The kids will have fun shaking the bag to watch the popcorn turn pink. (just be sure the bag is sealed first! :))

Enjoy this fun, healthy, and yummy Valentine's treat!

Valentine's Day Strawberry Popcorn

To make one batch, put 1/2 cup of freeze-dried strawberries and about 1/6 of a cup of organic sugar (can adjust sweetness according to taste) into a high powered blender. Process until it becomes a fine powder.

Use a ratio of 1 cup of popped popcorn to 1 generous teaspoon of strawberry powder.

For individual servings, put 2 cups of popped popcorn and 2 teaspoons of strawberry powder into a quart size zipper bag and shake well. Enjoy!
